**What you will do**
- Head of a department in the field of cyberphysical systems security at the Fraunhofer Institute for Secure Information Technology in Darmstadt
- Management of a scientific team, including personnel development
- Independent acquisition of third-party funds
- Conception, implementation and monitoring of research projects
- Close cooperation with the institute´s other departments and with external partners in business, administration, society and in academic and industrial research and development Responsibility for adherence to quality standards, budgets and schedules in all department projects**What you bring to the table**
- PhD in a relevant field, e.g. computer science, mathematics, electrical engineering
- Several years of experience in research in the field of cyberphysical systems security**What you can expect**
