**RECEPTION AND EVENT STAFF (M/F/D) FULL TIME**

**Monday - Friday from 8.00 a.m to 4.30 p.m**

**YOUR TASK INCLUDE**
- Warmly welcoming and caring for all employees and visitors of the building.
- Managing lounges.
- Organization and planning of team events.
- Independend management, organization and processing of the reception area.
- Handling orders and catering.
- Operating the telephone switchboard.
- Providing support for conference room.

**WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER**
- Teamwork and flexibility.
- A passion for interacting with people.
- Completed vocational training, preferably in the hotel industry or related service sectors.
- The willingness to always learn and create innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills in Englisch and German, both written and spoken.
- Proficient MS Office skills.
