Together, Every Step is how we continue to deliver exceptional business results, experience an amazing place to work, and have a positive impact on the communities and world around us.The Role:The Reception / Team Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of their assigned site, while also contributing to regional initiatives across EMEA.This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for employees, customers, and visitors, maintaining a safe and compliant environment, and supporting broader facilities and operational goals.The position requires a proactive, organized, and service-oriented individual who can manage multiple responsibilities and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Language proficiency: Must speak and write fluently in English and German.Your Impact:Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and showroom, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, customers, and visitors. This includes managing consumables, coordinating with contractors, and being the face of the company at the site.Carry out regular compliance and health & safety checks, maintain documentation, support training coordination, and manage a high volume of Facilities Purchase Orders (POs) — ensuring accuracy, budget alignment, and timely processing across multiple vendors.Support your primary site and any new or future locations in your region, assist with courier and sustainability processes, contribute to EMEA-wide initiatives, and collaborate with other Reception / Team Assistants to share best practices and streamline operations. Support with the organization and smooth-running of regional events (Charity & Social).Provide high-level service, coordinate lunches, team events, and charity initiatives.Manage courier services at site level and support EMEA-wide process improvements.Assist with new site openings, sustainability reporting, and showroom logistics.COME AS YOU ARE  We celebrate diversity—of your background, your experiences, and your unique identity.
