Our Services teams are always trying to improve their service quality to have the best fitness experience anywhere. We are looking for an energetic Service Contract Sales Specialist who has the responsibility for organizing all service contract sales procedures within the country and ensuring customer satisfaction through the accuracy of the contracts & proposals. In this position, you will have a crucial role in identifying opportunities for (up)selling contracts and defining new service products. **Responsibilities**: Achieve sales, discounts and DSO targets (Cash-in) related to (re)new service contract business Manage Service Contract sales activities on equipment going out of warranty and with contracts due to expire Manage opportunities through all the steps of the process Resolve invoicing queries to enable cash collection of overdue payments Ensure customer retention of existing service contracts Data and system management Provide proactive support to the field sales workforce **Requirements**: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor or Master Degree Fluent in English Experience in multinational company with a matrix organization Ability to manage clients’ requests ERP systems and data base use knowledge - SAP / Salesforce / ServiceMax are nice to have Management of service contract terms and conditions Knowledge of after-sales activities, warranty costs and relative management skills Management of client requests and complaints Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques Exceptional team worker Passion for sports, enthusiasm, humility, pro-activity, and ethics complete the desired profile Technogym is an Equal Opportunity Employer Discover your potential with a career at Technogym, where work means loving what you do, taking on challenges, learning from others, sharing a vision and making it come true
