**Contract Specialist for Medical Writing Services (part-time)**

Are you experienced in the legal sphere, particularly in handling contracts for the pharmaceutical services industry, and looking for a role that lets you work part time? We are seeking a contract specialist at Trilogy to support the Accounts Management team. If you have a legal background in contracts and are seeking a part-time role that would allow you to use your expertise while providing flexibility in your workday, this role could be for you.

**As a Contract Specialist, you will**:

- Review all drafts of contracts and negotiate the terms for pricing and other contractual obligations.
- Prepare the final document for signature.
- Assist clients to terminate contracts on favorable terms.
- Maintain oversight of the cycle of ongoing MSAs and organising renegotiation of these in a timely manner.
- Legal training and/or certification specific to contract writing.
- At least 1 year working experience in a legal environment, for example, as a paralegal.
- Comprehensive knowledge of procurement regulations and legal terminology.
- Familiarity with the contractual environment of contract research organisations in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent command of verbal and written English and a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with people at all levels, both internal and external.
