**Job Title: Crypto Marketing, Business Development (Crypto/Fintech)**

We are a team of professionals who are passionate about blockchain technology and committed to providing our customers with the best possible trading experience. We are looking for a dynamic KOL Business Development Specialist to join our team and help us expand our business.

As a KOL BD Representative at Pionex, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with local key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote Pionex in the local market and achieve user growth and trading volume growth. You will represent Pionex and maintain good relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term cooperation. You will also be responsible for the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategy, track and analyse channel cooperation results, and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and build relationships with local KOLs/influencers/communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote Pionex in the local market.
- Represent Pionex and maintain good relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to achieve long-term cooperation.
- Develop and execute KOL marketing strategies to drive user growth and trading volume growth.
- Track and analyze channel cooperation results and make adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies.

**Requirements**:

- University graduate, background in sales/business development or influencer marketing in Crypto/Fintech industry is a must.
- Have a passion for Cryptocurrency.
- Able to use English as work languages.
- Ability to work well under pressure and strong in execution.
