Wolt (DoorDash International) is entering a period of rapid growth; our topline is growing 30%+ YoY and rapidly expanding in both country coverage (we operate in ~30 countries) as well as broadening its business product portfolio offering beyond the Wolt delivery marketplace. Core to this growth is our ability to develop high-quality self-service products and services for our business partners. We are looking for a Product Lead to join the**Merchant Growth product group. The Product Lead in Merchant Growth works with Product and Engineering teams across Wolt to identify areas of improvement and bring a Wolt-grade experience to our Merchant partner portal while defining high-impact initiatives and requirements that will help our partners become even more successful on the platform. This role is central to building out our view of the Business partner lifecycle, and driving the development of the primary surface areas with our business partners - this includes our web, portal, and app strategies. As a Product Lead, you will work with a cross-functional team of incredibly talented engineers, designers, product people, and analysts in a high-visibility role. You will be responsible for setting the vision and defining the product strategy and roadmap for your team. This involves leading multiple projects and cross-team product initiatives across the entire product lifecycle, partnering with additional stakeholders in Business, Strategy & Operations, Ads, and Support. You will understand our Merchant end-users better than anyone and be an advocate for creating exceptional partner experiences and delivering clear value for our merchants. **Our humble expectations**: You could come to this role from a multitude of different backgrounds, but ideally, you have - Proven experience as a Product Lead / Product Manager, with demonstrable development experience and business impact in the B2B space - An understanding of what it takes to build an amazing platform that is used by hundreds of thousands of users, ranging from SMBs to Enterprises - An eye for what a great user experience looks like in B2B products and understands the intricacies of designing products for different business segments and user roles - Versed in business-centric release and version management and skilled in Go To Market, change management, and support for businesses - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment at senior levels in the organization - A strong balance of excellent data analysis skills, engineering understanding and business savvy with the go-getter attitude of a "could-be start-up CEO" **Next steps**: The compensation will be a negotiable combination of monthly pay and DoorDash RSUs.
