We are looking for a Product Lead to join the Merchant Group, Merchant Integrations.
Wolt’s merchant ecosystem is the backbone of our platform. As a Product Lead in the Merchant Integrations team, you’ll help make Wolt an indispensable partner in our merchants’ daily operations by building scalable, intuitive, and delightful products that power the heart of their business.
Imagine a sweltering summer afternoon in Berlin. Orders are pouring in at a popular restaurant. Staff are juggling dine-in guests and incoming Wolt orders. Couriers begin arriving, but the food isn’t ready. Why? The staff are overwhelmed and haven’t had time to route digital orders to the kitchen. The result? Delays, chaos, lost revenue, and frustrated customers.
This is where you come in. You’ll lead the product vision for merchant integrations, developing APIs and seamless experiences that automate in-store operations for restaurant staff, grocery pickers, and store managers. Your mission: eliminate friction, boost efficiency, and let merchants focus on what they do best serving their customers.
As a Product Lead, you will work with a cross-functional team of incredibly talented engineers, designers, product people, and analysts in a high-visibility role. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap and setting the vision for your team. This involves leading multiple projects and cross-team product initiatives across the entire product lifecycle, partnering with several stakeholders as well as understanding our merchants better than anyone.
Your home base will be Wolt’s product management team but you will be working with the business operations and country teams, who are responsible for the global and local businesses. The domain is complex with challenging opportunities to develop a vision and strategy, and lead teams in building brand-new impactful experiences for our Merchant community.

You bring a rare blend of product strategy, technical fluency, and enterprise mindset. Here's what will set you up for success in this role:
You bring a strong track record of driving strategy for complex B2B products. Having worked on platform products or in API-first environments is preferred.
You’ve built or scaled enterprise solutions with intricate internal and external dependencies. You understand how large organizations approach integration, and design solutions accordingly.
You’re confident diving into API documentation, collaborating with engineers, and quickly learning new technologies.
You communicate with clarity, whether presenting to executives or aligning teams across functions. You can influence without authority and thrive in highly matrixed environments.
You rely on data to identify blockers, uncover growth opportunities, and inform product direction. You’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves to investigate issues at a granular level.

The compensation will be a negotiable combination of monthly pay and DoorDash RSUs. The latter makes it exceptionally easy to be excited about our company growing and doing well, as you’ll own a piece of the pie.
