**About the role**:
As a **Specialist AI Compliance (M/F/d)**, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping how Redcare implements the **EU AI Act** and other key compliance standards. You’ll design and optimize processes, create meaningful reports, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure we use AI responsibly and effectively. **About Your Tasks**:

- You actively implement the requirements of the **AI Act** and ensure compliance.
- You contribute to the expansion of the **Compliance Department** with a focus on **AI Compliance**.
- You further develop existing processes or define new ones to meet AI compliance requirements.
- You independently prepare reports and documentation to ensure compliance standards.
- You provide support in general **compliance and governance matters** when needed.
- You collaborate closely with various departments and decision-makers within **Redcare** to ensure comprehensive AI compliance.

**About You**:

- You ideally hold a degree in **Business Informatics**, **Engineering**, or **(IT) Law/Legal Studies** - career changers are also welcome.
- You bring theoretical and/or practical knowledge in **AI / Machine Learning** and have prior knowledge of **GDPR** as well as the standards **ISO 27001** and **ISO 27701**.
- You have a **self-driven and reliable working style** with a strong focus on quality.
- You are willing to travel on a project-related basis to our other company locations.
- You have solid **process understanding** and the ability to redesign and actively shape processes.
- You possess excellent **German and English language skills**, both written and spoken.
