Creative Strategist

Paintgun is on a mission to revolutionize how digital ads are produced by creators and teams, launched by technology, and accessed by the world's largest mobile app publishers.
Tasks
Tasks and responsibilities
- Ideation and creation of assets for a variety of creative ad concepts for Meta & TikTok
- Preparing ad production in terms of storyboarding and informing the creative team and briefing UGC creators
- Collaborating with the team to understand creative briefs, digital design needs and deliverable deadlines
- Displaying high design aesthetics, typography skills and an impeccable eye for detail
- Ensure digital file format standards and proactively provide technical assistance and best practices of file management
- Communicating and asking clarifying questions about creative to clients in Slack or Asana
- Organise internal creative work session to produce the best creative work
**Requirements**:
- Must have experience and proven track record working with paid social ads
- Experience with copywriting for (paid) social media
- Experience with storyboarding for content creation
- Experience working in Figma and a 3D software such as Blender, Maya or Cinema 4D
- Based in Berlin and can work with our team from our Neukölln office
- Passion for learning about social media, TikTok and a demonstrable understanding of content trends is a big plus
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn; a self-starting attitude and enthusiasm are a must
