APCO Worldwide has an immediate opening for a Creative Strategist to support our European operations, based in Berlin. This is an opportunity for a seasoned communications professional to collaborate across APCO’s new business operations, creative practice, and client service teams to inject more creativity into our new business and key client opportunities. As a Creative Strategist, you will be an insight-fueled creative bringing the right balance of idealism and pragmatism to work across our key clients and on significant new business opportunities.

We are seeking a creative & strategic leader who:

- Influences, educates, and inspires colleagues and clients to think differently
- Is comfortable leading creative pitches and being the glue that connects teams
- Elevates APCOs credentials through bold, memorable, and smart campaigns
- Is an organized, methodical, and strategic person
- Bases campaign programs and solutions on key metrics, insights, and strategic outcomes
- Communicates with clarity and narrative
- Provides a nuanced and discerning appreciation for design and creating impactful communications & creative experiences
- Has experience creating integrated omnichannel campaigns and programs

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop fresh campaign ideas born from transformative insights
- Produce colourful, original narratives that communicate a cohesive strategy
- Brief specialist teams to inspire integrated activation concepts
- Facilitate, participate & challenge ideation sessions
- Act as a creative & strategic resource to colleagues from across the full global APCO network

**Experience**:

- 4 - 6 years of industry experience
- Strong copywriting and persuasive presentation skills
- Comfortable working across offices, markets, and service offerings
- Experience using data, trends & metrics to inform ideation
- Experience bringing to life multiplatform campaign ideas (owned, paid & earned) from concept to completion
