- With strong negotiation skills and a solid grasp of contract structures, you manage supplier agreements that meet our standards for cost-efficiency, quality, and compliance.

This is your basic equipment:
- You hold a university degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field - ideally with exposure to plastics sourcing or manufacturing environments.
- With at least 3-5 years of professional experience in strategic procurement or category management, you bring a solid track record of delivering results in dynamic settings.
- You’re confident working with procurement systems like SAP MM, SRM, PLM or similar tools, and you know how to use them to streamline processes and improve transparency.
- Leading cross-functional teams is something you’ve done before - and you know how to bring people together to drive decisions and align goals.
- You think strategically and act analytically. Whether it’s evaluating supplier performance or identifying market trends, you approach challenges with clarity and structure.
- Familiarity with APQP and PPAP processes is beneficial, especially when working with suppliers in technical or regulated environments.
