We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Head of Lead Management to spearhead our newly established lead management framework within our $18 billion direct sales B2B semiconductor company. This role is pivotal in ensuring that both our direct sales and distribution partners are motivated and confident in the Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated through our efforts.

In your new role, you will:

- **Strategic Leadership**:Lead and optimize the global lead management program by setting strategic goals, aligning it with overall business objectives, and managing the integration of direct sales and distribution partner efforts.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**:Build strong relationships with sales teams, distribution partners, and leadership to ensure trust in MQLs, effective adoption of lead management processes, and alignment with sales growth initiatives.
- **Technical Integration**:Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of lead management tools with existing systems, while driving improvements based on business requirements and sales input.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**:Manage relationships across the organization, addressing internal politics, aligning stakeholder needs with lead management strategies, and providing regular progress updates.
- **Performance Measurement**:Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate lead quality and conversion rates, while continuously refining processes and reporting valuable insights to stakeholders.
- **Training and Development**:Oversee training programs for lead management teams, encouraging continuous improvement, and collaborating with sales leaders to implement best practices and coaching initiatives.
- **Process Optimization**:Identify opportunities for process improvements within sales workflows and lead management systems to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and revenue generation.

As a Director of Lead Management, you recognize opportunities and have a good sense for profitable business ideas. Furthermore, you cooperate across boundaries and appreciate the contributions of other people. Lastly, you work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Business, Marketing,**or a related field. A **Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus**:

- **+10 years of experience in a sales**, **marketing**, or **lead management**role within a large B2B organization, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- **Proven track record of successfully leading**and developing high-performing teams in a complex, global organization.
- **Strong understanding of lead management systems, CRM too**ls, and other relevant technology. Ability to **generate technical specifications**and **oversee system integrations**:

- **Excellent interpersonal**and **communication skills**, with the ability to navigate and influence within a large organization. Strong stakeholder management skills
- **Strong analytical**and **problem-solving skills,**with the ability to i **nterpret data**and m **ake informed decisions to drive program improvements**:

- **Strong understanding of lead management systems, Marketing Automation, CRM, and CDP tools,**and other relevant technologies. Ability to **generate technical specifications**and **oversee system integrations
