ESMT’s Alumni Relations team is responsible for managing the ever-growing alumni network, currently counting over 10.000 alumni in thirteen alumni chapters worldwide. Our small team takes on a variety of projects aimed at community building, improving the life-long alumni experience, and maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship with our alumni.

To support the daily operations of our team, we are looking for a

**Student Assistant - Alumni Relations**

(M/F/x, 20 h/week until September 30, 2025, to start March 1, 2025)

**You will**:

- Provide administrative and operative assistance for networking and alumni events
- Take ownership in supporting the organization of the monthly “Stammtisch” in Berlin and Munich, as well as other alumni chapter and club events
- Provide event management support for the Annual Alumni Meeting
- Support content creation for alumni social media coverage

**You are qualified for this position, because you**:

- Are fluent in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Can work independently in a multi-cultural team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Have excellent MS Office and organizational skills
- Are interested in community building, stakeholder and event management
- Have a great attention to detail and a creative eye
- Have experience/interest in graphic design programs (Canva or Adobe)
