We seek to fill the following position: **Student Research Assistant - Educational Governance (f/m/div)** on a part-time (15 hours per week) basis. Your tasks: - work for the international research project “Policy capacity of interest groups in education (POLCAP)" - provide support to the team, which conducts research on multi-actor and multi-level challenges to skill formation in international comparison - tasks include literature search and review, coding and analysis of data, documentation and communication of results - organisation of events Your profile: - graduate student with a Bachelor degree or Bachelor student (enrolled for at least the contract period) - organizational skills - analytical skills and a basic understanding of research methods - familiarity with the literature on skill formation and governance are a plus - reliable, structured and very precise way of working - excellent English skills, good German skills are a plus - knowledge and pronounced interest in educational governance, labor markets, political economy or sociology We offer you A stimulating international and diverse environment in multiple areas of social science, high-quality teaching and public policy.
