**Your tasks**:

- As a Team Lead - Data & Analytics you further develop our cloud engineering team consisting of Data Engineers and Data Scientist, and lead them on equal footing
- At the same time and to some extent, you act as a consultant yourself
- Although you have a solid technical knowledge, you don't strive to be the best in the team. Instead, you support the people around you to become better
- You take responsibility for the sustainable growth and success of kreuzwerker, and the people who make it up. You are not afraid to question the status quo and to contribute impulses and ideas to shape our common future
- You are engaging with the customer’s business and technology stakeholders to create a compelling vision of a data-driven enterprise in their environment
- You deliver on-site technical engagements with partners and customers. This includes participating in pre-sales activities, understanding customer requirements and designing data architectures

- A wealth of experience in building and leading software engineering teams, especially a passion for attracting employees, helping to shape and drive recruiting processes, and empowering and developing people
- Empathy, excellent communication skills and professional handling of conflicts
- A solid foundation in software craftsmanship and Data-Architectures
- A solid foundation in AWS services such as Athena, Glue, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB NoSQL, Relational Database Service (RDS), Amazon EMR and Amazon Redshift and SageMaker
- Solid knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
