**Commercial Lead - Data Centre Specialist**

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet business objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure favourable terms and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the data centre market.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align commercial activities with operational capabilities.
- Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to drive strategic decisions.
- Manage client relationships to maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support commercial initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a commercial leadership role within the data centre or related industry.
- Strong understanding of data centre operations, market dynamics, and industry best practices.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
