**Training Lead - Coffee/F&B (M/F/d)**

**People Leadership & Team Development**:

- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of trainers across our operating regions.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities (Train-the-Trainer programs).
- Foster a learning culture built on feedback, empowerment, and career progression.
- Keep your trainers in the loop with any changes and new developments, and make sure they are implementing these in the stores on a regular basis.

**Learning & Development (L&D)**:

- Design and implement a holistic learning framework (onboarding, upskilling, leadership development).
- Develop structured career paths and continuous learning opportunities for F&B employees and our training team.
- Drive adoption of modern learning methods (blended learning, digital learning, microlearning).

**Coffee & F&B Expertise**:

- Ensure training content is high-quality, brand-consistent, and relevant to coffee and wider F&B operations.
- Combine technical knowledge (coffee, barista, F&B operations) with service, leadership, and customer experience training.
- Monitor industry trends and integrate them into training strategy.

**Strategic Responsibility**:

- Define and execute a long-term training strategy for F&B.
- Partner with HR, Operations, and Business Units to identify capability needs.
- Track training effectiveness through KPIs and report on impact of L&D programs.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ** 3-5 years of experience** in People Management (leading and training teams, developing talent). Preferably in the hospitality/retail F&B, or coffee industry
- Solid background in F&B Training, ideally with coffee expertise.
- Strong track record in Learning & Development: building frameworks, implementing programs, and measuring impact.
- Experience in change management and building a strong learning culture.
- Excellent command of English (additional languages a plus).

**Nice-to-have**:
- Certifications in L&D and Training and/or Coffee/F&B industry, e.g. SCA- Experience with digital learning tools (LMS, mobile learning apps)
