BI Analytics Team Leader

, Berlin We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Team Leader to lead a cluster of our BI teams. In this role, you’ll guide a team of 10 BI engineers, including 2 Associate Team Leaders, by encouraging professional growth and fresh ideas. You’ll also lead long-term BI projects, streamline and improve processes, and help to decrease TTM for our BI products. You’ll ensure our data models and dashboards are top-notch and fit business needs, share clear insights with leadership and recommend further actions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of 10 BI engineers, including 2 Associate Team Leaders.
- Plan and allocate team’s resources, foster professional growth and innovation.
- Lead long-term BI projects (running across several quarters) and keep the key stakeholders on the same page.
- Streamline and improve BI team processes to reduce TTM for our BI products.
- Make sure our data models and dashboards are top-notch and meet business needs.
- Share findings with leadership in a clear way, explaining what the insights mean and suggesting next steps.
- Promote Data-Driven culture across the BI teams.

**Qualifications**:

- English proficiency B2, Russian C1-B2.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience leading BI engineers or analysts (teams of 5 or more).
- 1+ year of experience creating and managing complex DAGs (Airflow).
- 2+ years of designing and improving data models at the repository level (BigQuery, dbt).
- 2+ years of building BI dashboards (Tableau, Redash, Looker, PowerBI).
- Strong leadership, communication, and people skills, plus good business understanding.
