Tasks
- Support the German team with regular reports, event organization and special projects to provide ongoing support in their business development.
- Updating the promotion and marketing in social media channels
- Translation / overseeing the translation / proofreading of company marketing materials
- Deliver the excellent customer service for networks distribution and clients
- Working with distributors / executives to implement SIPs and other business programs to provide ongoing support in their business development.
- Organization, preparation and active participation in events, meetings and training
- Support the German team of regular reports, event organization and special projects
**Requirements**:
- Excellent in Turkish, German and English
- Relevant professional experience 2+ years in the field of customer service / customer care
- Active, motivated team player and work independently
- PC knowledge with the MS Office package
