Now, as we open a new chapter with the launch of Center Parcs Nordborg Resort in Denmark, we’re expanding our presence in Scandinavia — and we’re looking for a communicative and service-minded Customer Service Agent (M/F/d) to support our Danish-speaking guests from our European Head Office in Cologne.

Your daily impact
- You assist and advise our Danish-speaking guests with warmth and professionalism - mainly over the phone (inbound)
- You manage booking inquiries, answer pre-arrival questions, and provide information about our new Nordborg Resort
- You handle administrative back-office tasks and ensure that all guest data and requests are processed accurately
- You listen attentively when something hasn’t gone as planned and find solutions that leave our guests satisfied
- You support other teams with translations and proofreading for Danish content on our website and social media channels

**Profil**:

- You speak fluent Danish (written and spoken) and can communicate confidently in English or German
- You bring experience in customer service or guest relations - ideally from a call center or hospitality environment
- You’re friendly, empathetic, and know how to turn challenges into positive guest experiences
- You enjoy working independently, take ownership of your tasks, and stay calm even in busy moments
- You’re digitally savvy and comfortable working in booking systems and communication tools
