**Marketing Specialist Online Study Programs (m-f-d)**

(Full-time, 38,5 hours/week; unlimited)

**Your responsibilities**:

- Tracking of the customer journey across channels and media as well as constant optimization of user experience, customer journey, and targeting at all touch points
- Expansion and further development of our paid ad strategy and activities as well as the website
- Independent management of projects, including the planning and control of deadlines, costs and processes
- Advice and support for the business units on marketing issues
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies for online programs
- Monitor and analyze student engagement and program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed
- Attend virtual events and networking opportunities to connect with potential students and industry professionals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online education

**Your qualifications**:

- Completed studies in the field of marketing and media or comparable training
- Several years (3-5 years) relevant professional experience in the planning, creation and performance control of campaigns
- Experience with Sales Force Marketing Cloud Advantage
- Experience promoting online programs and/or education services
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, German is advantage
- Intercultural solid awareness and competencies
- Great willingness to travel (flexible working hours)
