The position is only available through direct placement. +49 89/205074600 **Your responsibilities**: - Processing and recording incoming payments (on a daily basis) - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities & tracking and following up on unpaid invoices - Other administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, sending invoices and/or account statements, etc - Communicating explanations of bills to clients as needed, and resolving any discrepancies that may occur - Invoicing (electronic and hard copies) - Researching and resolving account discrepancies - Maintain the Customer Data Base - Assist with monthly/yearly closings - Reconcile the accounts receivable (on a regular basis) to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted **Your profile**: - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( is an advantage/ good to have) - 1 - 2 years of proven accounting work experience is preferred - Preferably skilled in ERP system (ideally SAP- FI) and working knowledge in MS-Office package, specially Excel - Accuracy and attention to detail when managing accounting figures and financial records - Ability to interact professionally with customers - Proficient verbal and written communication skills in German and English Der Masterplan für Ihre Karriere: Wir finden genau den Job, der zu Ihnen passt.
