Then you have come to the right place. - Our client is an established company in the household appliance industry and is now looking for an Accountant (M/F/d). The offices of our client are located in the center of Munich and have an optimal connection to public transport as well as employee parking. - On top, the employees (M/F/d) are offered flexible working hours, the option of home office as well as many other employee benefits. - The position is only available through direct placement.Aufgaben - Communicating explanations of bills to clients as needed, and resolving any discrepancies that may occur - Other administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, sending invoices and/or account statements, etc - Processing and recording incoming payments (on a daily basis) - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities & tracking and following up on unpaid invoices - Researching and resolving account discrepancies - Assist with monthly/yearly closings - Reconcile the accounts receivable (on a regular basis) to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted - Maintain the Customer Data Base - Invoicing (electronic and hard copies) Profil - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field ( is an advantage/ good to have) - 1 - 2 years of proven accounting work experience is preferred - Preferably skilled in ERP system (ideally SAP- FI) and working knowledge in MS-Office package, specially Excel - Accuracy and attention to detail when managing accounting figures and financial records - Ability to interact professionally with customers - Proficient verbal and written communication skills in German and English Interessiert? - Der Masterplan für Ihre Karriere: Wir finden genau den Job, der zu Ihnen passt.
