YOUR MISSION
- Provide strategic guidance and insights to ensure future business growth plans
- Responsibility for leading, developing and growing of the Finance Department
- Overall responsibility for the key processes across Financial management (Controlling, Budgeting, Reporting and Accounting), and Procurement, IT& Systems and data security, Admin & General services
- Effectively establishing and providing leadership for Performance Management by acting as a Business Partner for Business units and operational Departments, continuous development and management of the company wide steering concept
- Active formulation and realization of Proteros specific knowledge management approach
- Responsibility for functional requirements of tool landscape for ERP, CRM, Project Management and Document Management

YOUR PROFILE
- Track record of operating at a Head of Finance / Senior Finance leader or similar level within an international business/ service setting
- Successfully completed Master of Business Administration or a similar qualification
- Demonstrable experience of leading and developing teams
- Proven ability to grow a finance function into a business partnering function
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning, risk analysis, and corporate governance
- Excellent analytical ability - comfortable assimilating and interpreting data and information to draw out meaningful insight and conclusions, and capable of using this to influence decision making
- High degree of integrity, initiative, perseverance and a “hands on” mentality
