Our client, a global telecommunication service provider, is recruiting a

- Manage the interface between PMs and customers- Maintain relationship with customer accounts- Assist technical team with customers deliverables- Support Project Managers with PO/Invoice preparation- Coordinate and take responsibility for uploads of all the technical quality designs and corresponding documentation- Manage the digital and paper filing of all the documentation for the Projects- Liaise and coordinate with the designers and PMs to ensure documentation is received timely- Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals

**Requirements**:
- Formal Qualification in a technical domain- 2 years of experience in Account Management or similar role- Knowledge of Sales Force or similar CRM - is an advantage- Experience with handling site documentation and such processes within the Telecommunications industry- Personable, with the ability to flourish in a customer interfacing role- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Attention to detail is key- German - fluent (written and spoken); English-conversational
