The role sits at the forefront of the Siemens corporate security department’s ongoing transformation leveraging data and AI to ensure the continued security of the company’s people, assets and know how. We are looking for an aspirational data and AI professional who is keen to study and gain professional experience through our unique and impactful work within Siemens.

**Your role**
- Help us to develop and deliver data and AI strategies that align with our transformational goals to deliver greater strategic value and measurable impact
- Complementary distance learning in Digital Business & AI (MBA) at “Friedrich-Alexander-University” (FAU Erlangen-Nuremberg)
- Coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Data Hub team within Siemens’ corporate security department, ensuring that data and AI help us to keep Siemens’ 250,000 employees safe
- Staying at the forefront of AI innovation, including emerging technologies like agentive AI, large language models, and autonomous systems, driving our adoption of AI systems and initiatives
- Communicating between technical and corporate security specialists on a variety of topics, translating requirements into clear actions
- Encouraging a culture of data-driven decision making through well governed data and useful data visualisations and analytics

**What you’ll bring with you**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in the use of python, SQL and / or other relevant programming languages
- Strong data visualisation skills, particularly using Tableau and / or Microsoft PowerBI
- Excellent communications and people skills with the ability to work with technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders
- Strong interest within the topics of data and AI
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent written and spoken English, German language skills are a strong advantage for this role
