**Key Responsibilities**
- Build, operate and administer our Windows-based server landscape.
- Test and implement AI & Automation solutions, develop alternative concepts and scenarios, and integrate AI services into our Windows-based server landscape.
- Secure and monitor normal operations, including 24-hour on-call duty for remote analysis, troubleshooting, and problem reporting/escalation.
- Analyze, process, and realize use cases in the administrative area within existing Monitoring Management Solutions.

**You excel in**
- ** Education**- Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, business informatics, or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant work experience
- ** Experience & Skills**- In-depth understanding of Windows Server administration and support, both on-premises and in cloud environments
- Familiarity with a wide range of landscape technologies, including but not limited to Openshift, AWS, Azure, and Windows RDS Services
- Hands-on experience in the planning, implementation, and operation of cutting-edge AI & Automation solutions
- Proficiency in programming & scripting languages relevant to the before mentioned technologies
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and perform accurate diagnostics under tight deadlines
- ** Ways of working**- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective technical guidance and support to stakeholders at all levels
- Flexibility to participate in 24-hour on-call duty rotation and commitment to meeting stringent SLA requirements
- Advantageous: Knowledge of additional server and cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Beneficial: Familiarity with Access Manager
- ** Languages**- Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are an asset
