**Company Description**
The SEO team is responsible for our performance in the organic search engine results across all markets that ABOUT YOU operates in. This happens in close collaboration with other teams in the company, e.g. shop development, content creation and performance marketing. As part of the Marketing Intelligence and Technology unit we have a strong focus on data and technology, i.e. we rely on data to form hypotheses and build our business cases. We always strive to employ scalable solutions that can be rolled out across all shops and collect the data points to assess their effectiveness to constantly learn and improve.

**What you will do**
- Take full ownership of our SEO endeavours across 25+ countries and 3 platforms (desktop web, mobile web and app)
- Develop, monitor and report the necessary KPIs to make our SEO success transparent
- Drive the development of our internal SEO tooling setup and our SEO data warehouse based on Google BigQuery
- Define our SEO strategy in alignment with our business goals and drive its execution from start to finish
- Lead the SEO team, i.e. foster a culture of transparency, continuous learning and development, while ensuring that team health metrics are staying on track
- Build relationships within our organisation to establish SEO as a first class citizen in our ongoing processes in other teams (e.g. shop development, content creation, performance marketing, etc.)
- Implement SEO features in close collaboration with the online shop team
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in SEO (Google Updates, SERP features, SGE, etc.), assess their impact on our strategy and take action accordingly

**Who you are**
- Practical experience in an SEO leadership role, preferably in an international, large scale ecommerce area
- High degree of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong communication skills to push SEO projects forward across stakeholders
- Develop, mentor and coach team members
- Continuous challenging and development of (existing) processes and routines
- Ability to break down complex strategies into actionable tasks and communicate them to stakeholders and team members
