Your role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Head of Marketing (Human) who shares our vision and is eager to make a real impact in theindustry. If you have extensive experience in technical CRM, particularly HubSpot, SEO, data-driven marketing and you consider yourself an energetic team player, you're just the person we're looking for
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for our SaaS solutions
- Lead our marketing team to improve our brand's reach and impact continuously
- Analyze and optimize CRM activities using HubSpot as our central tool
- Plan, execute, and monitor SEO strategies to boost organic reach
- Use data-driven approaches to refine our marketing activities and maximize ROI
- Collaborate with our CEO,, as well as with other internal and external stakeholders to create synergies and achieve company goals

What we like
- You are a passionate leader who enjoys working with highly motivated marketers
- Profound knowledge of technical CRM, especially HubSpot, with experience in using CRM systems
- In-depth expertise in SEO and a proven track record of increasing organic reach
- Strong analytical skills to make data-based decisions and evolve marketing strategies
- High energy and ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in both German and English
