Für diesen internationalen Kunden suchen wir in der **Direktvermittlung und in Vollzeit einen Head of HR Data & Workday Solutions (m/w/d) mit tiefer Workday-Expertise (inkl. Implementierung, Konfiguration & Reporting)**. Aufgaben: - Leitung des HR Data & Workday Analytics Teams inkl. Strategieentwicklung und Datenqualitätsverantwortung - Steuerung globaler HR-Digitalisierungsprojekte und Workday-bezogener Prozesse - Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen HR, Finance, IT und externen Partnern - Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Workday (Module, Reporting, Security, Releases) - Entwicklung von Dashboards und Reports sowie Ableitung datengestützter Handlungsempfehlungen - Aufbau und Pflege von Data Governance, Support - und Trainingsangeboten für interne Nutzer Qualifikation: - Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. ä. - Tiefe Workday-Expertise inkl. Implementierung, Konfiguration & Reporting - Erfahrung mit Workday-Tools (z. B.
