Global Finance & Business Management works to strategically manage capital, drive growth and efficiencies, maintain financial reporting and proactively manage risk. You will be part of a team that is providing information, analysis, and recommendations to improve results and drive decisions, teams ensure the company can navigate all types of market conditions while protecting our fortress balance sheet.
**How You’ll Add Value**
- Recording of accounting entries related to expenses, revenue, and inventory.
- Ensures monthly account reconciliations are completed timely and research any reconciliation variance
- Acts as a liaison to between ID Germany and other entities and coordinates intercompany reconciliation
- Assists in managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory sub-ledgers for certain subsidiary entities
- Ensuring SEPA payments are accurately disbursed and recorded
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Familiar with the ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Recording and reconciliation of payroll-related accounts for several European countries
- Ensuring the VAT will be recorded accurately as well as prepare the monthly VAT declaration to the fiscal authorities
**What You’re Bringing with You**
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience.
- Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Highly analytical, motivated, and collaborative team player.
- Ability to keep pace in a fast-moving environment.
- English and fluent German speaking
- Bachelor’s degree required. (Accounting or Finance)
