Job Description:

- The Role:

- This position is responsible for producing Management accounts and assisting the business to implement efficient and diligent financial practices. This role will report directly to the Financial Accountant in Germany and work closely with the Transactions Controller, EMEA.

What you’ll do:

- Job Responsibilities- Monthly Management accounts (including US & local GAAP reporting, SOX compliance), Annual Financial Statements.-
- Preparing accruals and intercompany reconciliations.-
- Operational controlling, support stakeholders across the functions including budgets and forecasts.-
- Data evaluation, analyzing and giving context of monthly and quarterly reporting.-
- Business partnering within functional and brand teams.-
- Interface between operational units, functions and the International Finance Departments in EMEA and the US.-
- Local contact for auditors and tax consultants.-
- Project works, ad hoc tasks.-
- Other duties as assigned.What you need to know:

- Experience/Skills/Education

Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).-
- 3-5 years’ experience as Accountant, preferably in a similar industry.-
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, ability to define new standardized processes.-
- Hands-on mentality and work ethic.-
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.-
- Accurate, structured, independent and self-reliant way of working.-
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with high commitment, manage resources, and effectively meet critical deadlines; natural curiosity for problem solving.-
- Advanced knowledge in MS-Office, Planning and Reporting software tools.-
- Fluency in English and local language a must _(_French or German_ or Spanish)_.Desired:
- Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.-
- Experience with Oracle-NetSuite.-

Die Rolle:
Diese Position ist verantwortlich für die Erstellung von Managementberichten und unterstützt das Unternehmen bei der Implementierung effizienter und sorgfältiger Finanzpraktiken. Diese Rolle berichtet direkt an den Financial Accountant in Deutschland und arbeitet eng mit dem Transactions Controller, EMEA, zusammen.

- Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams und Markenabteilungen.
- Schnittstelle zwischen operativen Einheiten, Funktionen und den internationalen Finanzabteilungen in EMEA und den USA.
- Lokaler Ansprechpartner für Wirtschaftsprüfer und Steuerberater.
- Mitarbeit an Projekten und Durchführung von Ad-hoc-Aufgaben.
- Weitere Aufgaben nach Bedarf.

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
Erfahrung/Fähigkeiten/Bildung

Erforderlich:

- Bachelor-Abschluss in Buchhaltung, Finanzen oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Buchhalter, vorzugsweise in einer ähnlichen Branche.
- Starke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeit zur Definition neuer standardisierter Prozesse.
- Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Arbeitsmoral.
- Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, starke Arbeitsbeziehungen aufzubauen.
- Präzise, strukturierte, eigenständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise.
- Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld mit hohen Anforderungen mehrere Prioritäten zu jonglieren, Ressourcen zu verwalten und kritische Fristen einzuhalten; natürliche Neugierde für Problemlösungen.
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS-Office sowie in Planungs
- und Berichtstools.
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und der jeweiligen Landessprache (Französisch, Deutsch oder Spanisch).

Wünschenswert:

- Erfahrung in der Beauty
- oder Ästhetikbranche.
- Erfahrung mit Oracle-NetSuite.
- Weitere Sprachkenntnisse.
