**Die Position**:
Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Lead Engineer (m/w/d) für eines unserer Portfoliounternehmen. Du wirst dabei helfen, die Vision des Unternehmens in die Tat umzusetzen und das Wachstum des Engineering Teams voranzutreiben.

In deiner täglichen Arbeit fokussierst du dich auf die disziplinierte und fachlichkompetente Führung der Entwickler*innen und leistest dabei einen wertvollen Beitrag zu verschiedensten, spannenden Projektvorhaben.

Werde Teil unseres Portfoliounternehmens: Dich erwartet ein Betrieb, der sich darauf konzentriert, das Online-Kauferlebnis von Haus
- und Gartenprodukten zu optimieren. Als Marktführer im Bereich One-Stop-Shop bietet die E-Commerce-Plattform 1 Mio. monatlichen Nutzer*innen eine breite Palette von Dienstleistungen.

**Sei verantwortlich für**:

- Die E-Com Tech Landschaft (Shop, PIM, ERP, DWH, Infrastruktur etc.)
- Disziplinierte und fachlich professionelle Führung der Entwickler*innen (verteilt auf verschiedene Produktteams)
- Ausarbeitung der Tech Architektur
- Steuerung und Kontrolle des Tech Stacks
- Rekrutieren in der Startphase (aktuell in Insourcing Phase)

**Dein Profil**:

- Mindestens 5 Jahre E-Com Erfahrung
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in Developer Führung und Entwicklung
- Fullstack Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit verschiedenen E-Com Technologien (Shopware, Shopify, Commercetools, Spryker etc.)
- Hands-on Mentalität (weiterhin nah dran am Code)
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

Bitte beachte, dass wir Unterstützung im **Hamburg**-er Büro unseres Portfoliounternehmens suchen. Die Berechtigung, innerhalb der EU zu arbeiten, ist ebenfalls erforderlich.
