**Was erwartet dich?**:

- Du teilst dir die Aufgaben mit Peter, dem anderen Head of Engineering (Jobsharing), und ihr kümmert euch gemeinsam um Aufbau, Führung, Management, Motivation und Weiterbildung des internationalen Entwicklungsteams im Produktentwicklungsbereich
- Du unterstützt die flachen und agilen Strukturen: es handelt sich dabei um 10 crossfunktionale und autonome Entwicklungsteams, die jeweils von einem Product Owner und einem Agile-Coach unterstützt werden
- Du leitest die Entwickler:innen technisch und coachst deine Kolleg:innen
- Du unterstützt den Recruitingprozess in Auswahl und Einstellung von neuen Mitarbeiter:innen
- Du führst Feedbackgespräche, Fort
- & Weiterbildung und Entwicklungsgespräche
- Du bist technischer Sparringspartner (m/w/d) für die Entwickler:innen in deinem Schwerpunktgebiet (Neben dem Head of Engineering ist der CTO dein zweiter Sparringspartner)
- Du setzt dich unternehmensweit für die Interessen der Entwickler:innen ein

**Was solltest du mitbringen?**:

- Du hast Freude daran, Ideen anzustoßen, andere zu enablen bzw. ihnen bei Problemlösungen zu helfen und bringst das nötige Feingefühl dafür mit
- Du bringst ein tiefgründiges Verständnis von moderner Softwareentwicklung mit
- Du kennst typische Entwicklungspfade für Entwickler:innen und kannst sie auf ihrem Weg begleiten/ beraten
- Du verfügst über ein Studium im MINT-Bereich oder bist Quereinsteiger mit langjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Du besitzt bereits Erfahrung in der Führung und Motivation von Entwickler:innen
- Du punktest durch deinen emphatischen Führungsstil auf Augenhöhe und kannst fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse vorweisen
- Du bist sehr organisiert und sehr zuverlässig in der Kommunikation
