**WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)**
- ** Provide support in collecting, analyzing, and maintaining key performance data. Assist in preparing and regularly updating reports and dashboards using tools like Google Sheets and our CRM system, Salesforce, to ensure our team has accurate and timely information.**:

- ** Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.**:

- ** Conduct regular data quality checks and resolve issues in Salesforce to ensure the accuracy of customer information.**:

- ** Assist in communicating the Growth Strategy team's initiatives and updates to other departments via platforms like Confluence and Slack.**:

- ** Provide comprehensive support for the 'Growth Academy' project to enable sales and success employees and improve overall productivity.**:

- ** Contribute towards the ‘kick-ass’ mentality of the Growth Strategy Team**:

- ** Strong analytical skills with a focus on business operations and performance metrics.**:

- ** Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and/or data visualisation tools would be highly advantageous.**:

- ** A comfortable communicator, verbal and written, with the ability to formulate and express opinions and ideas**:

- ** Willingness to learn and grow within a data-driven, commercially-focused team**:
