This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate or a junior engineer to make an immediate impact on the business success of our world-class products and solutions by guiding our partners and distributors in EMEA region.- We are looking for an engineer with outstanding technical skills and experience in customer facing roles to join our Field Applications Team in EMEA. You can also be a fresh graduate with outstanding technical skills obtained from the studies and some customer facing experience or willingness to learn. You will provide technical solutions to our distribution partners during the design-in and after-sales phases of our customers.**Your responsibilities**
- Transfer technical knowledge and support to our channel partners:
- Be the technical interface between u-blox and channel partners.
- Organize technical trainings and workshops for channel partners to ensure that they have the level of knowledge required to develop their activities.
- Assist channel partners on the follow-ups and communications with top customers.
- Be the technical reference on the Channel Sales peers:
- Proactively align and collaborate with regional Channel Sales and Product Management teams to secure new business
- Collect and provide technical market feedback to R&D and Product Management
- Participation in process development and optimization
**Your Skills and Experience***:
Required:
- Outstanding customer relationship manner, can handle difficult situations with diligence
- Demonstrated work initiative as a self-starter with time management and prioritization skills, with ability to follow up actions to closure
- Proficiency in English is a must, other languages are an asset
- Willingness and readiness to travel abroad (~20% on a not regular basis)
