Junior Food Technologist

**Your mission**:

- Build and manage ingredient specification based on the identified key properties
- Design, evaluate, and improve food processing systems and equipment for new and existing products.
- Support the development of new food products from the idea to prototype
- Conduct kitchen and pilot plant trials for new recipes and process improvements
- Work closely with the product development team and assist in improving recipes for taste, texture, nutrition, and scalability
- Conduct process validation, line trials, and scale-up from lab to production
- Stay up to date with trends, ingredients, and technologies in food science

**Your profile**:

- University degree in Ingredient science, material science, and Food Technology,, or similar/related discipline
- Up to 3 years of experience in product development, processing, or food R&D
- Passionate about innovation, ingredients, and making better food
- First experiences with sensory evaluation, shelf life testing, and regulatory compliance as well as hands-on experience with pilot plant or small-scale production environments
- Willingness to adapt and learn in an evolving work environment, with a problem-solving and hands on mindset
- Exposure to analytical tools and a basic understanding of ingredient testing including rheology
- Demonstrated integrity, self-motivation, and a commitment to improving the food industry
- Strong communication skills in English
