**What you’ll learn & achieve**:

- Project follow up, incl. prepare & support financial management for big, fix-price or ticket-based projects
- Prepare data & support month end closing for all projects
- Prepare data for quality assurance for all projects
- Follow-up of quality assurance for all projects
- Support of stakeholders in the planning and tracking of projects
- Developing and implementing project control
- Maintaining an overall view of all projects
- Support staffing for ticket-projects
- Freelancer Management
- Prepare monthly management reporting

**What makes you a great fit**:

- University degree (BSc) in Economics or comparable education
- 3+ years of experience in the commercial field or in PMO
- Experience in (financial) controlling and knowledge of project management standards and quality assurance of projects
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of project management, proficient use of project management tools and MS office
- Analytical and strategic thinking as well as ability to summarize and present results to stakeholders
- Good written and oral communication skills (German and English)
