**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Examine new and pertinent locations with public and private actors by conducting focused personal study or using the GIS Team’s results
- Create and maintain a network of German land scouts and originators
- Evaluate projects in order to incorporate them into the process of development
- Acquire land by negotiating and executing lease agreements
- Act as the company’s representative in local communities, governmental agencies, and public or private actors in order to introduce and make ideas socially viable
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- School of Management or University Degree
- Based in northern Germany
- Can speak German and English
- Additional languages (Spanish) are a benefit but not mandatory
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Wind development, or similar requiring project management with communities and handling of the German environmental permitting process
- At least 8-12 years of experience in the renewable energy sector with specific focus on wind development in the DACH region
- Greenfield development experience combined with technical know-how in the wind sector
- Knowledge of the following: all MS Applications, certain specific project management tools
- Apprenticeship in the specific sector with a Degree from the Chamber of Commerce
