**Über den Bereich**:
Developing international offshore wind investment opportunities, creating value in all phases of development and building a portfolio is key to our success. As project lead you will be responsible for creating opportunities and leading the development in various markets. This responsibility comes with a great amount of independence and the possibility to steer the development according to best industry practice. You will be responsible for coordination and interaction with important internal and external stakeholders and thus, deliver towards the growth targets of EnBW.

**Vielfältige Aufgaben**:

- As project leader you will be primary representative of the project, draft the project strategies and managing the interaction with external stakeholders to ensure project performance and visibility. That implies identifying opportunities, bringing forward offshore projects, and safeguard measurable project progressionsy.
- Therefore, you will be part of the portfolio development offshore wind team identifying project opportunities, preparing and securing new projects and developing the offshore wind strategy of EnBW
- You shall also be responsible for identifying project opportunities partners, and the set-up process of the project
- While being accountable for project companies, you will manage the project adhering to our project management and good governance principles
- You will be leading functional teams to develop offshore projects and handling interfaces with our cooperation partners in day-to-day activities to ensure good communication, great team spirit and enable best possible collaboration
- This includes project budget, timelines, targets and project development within these frameworks
- Besides, you will be handling interfaces with internal group functions

- You have gained profound understanding of the offshore wind business and energy markets
- You are an expert in project development, project planning, project organization, and handling project resources
- You follow a strategic approach to overcome challenges, are an excellent networker and skilled in finding the right partners for joint activities
- Apart from that you have a strong team spirit and are used to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication skills paired with fluency in English and German - written as well as spoken - makes you a perfect fit for this role
