**The Team**- your impact

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Playmaker (f/m/d) to lead the development and scaling of our Generative AI and Agentic Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the product vision, defining the roadmap, and ensuring successful delivery of platform capabilities that enable business units to develop, deploy, and operate GenAI-powered solutions at scale.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of AI, software development, and enterprise transformation, with a strong focus on pricing, marketing, and sales of the product, as well as close collaboration across the organization to drive adoption and commercial success.

**Your Role**- meaningful & rewarding
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the GenAI and agentic platform
- Translate user and business needs into clear product requirements and use cases
- Lead discovery phases and PoCs to evaluate new technologies and validate business value
- Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, architecture, and UX to integrate LLMs, agents, and orchestration tools
- Act as the central interface between business stakeholders, users, and tech teams, communicating product progress and impact
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and compliance throughout the product lifecycle
- Analyze usage data for continuous improvement and develop go-to-market strategies including pricing and sales

**Your Profile**- authentic & open-minded
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally with digital platforms or AI/ML products
- Strong understanding of GenAI concepts, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA), and agentic frameworks
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and APIs (Azure, AWS, GCP, etc.)
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills
- Ability to translate complex technical topics into business-friendly language
