**Your tasks**:
for the business department Global Technical Operations
- Development and implementation of internal and external communications plan and strategy for GTO
- Involvement in development of new intranet (within Merz team) and management of intranet (content management, etc.)
- Development, implementation and management of external communication for Merz GTO Sites, mainly in support of their local recruitment efforts
- Development and administration of special projects in areas such as company reputation, employer branding strategy, brand story and employees’ experience
- Integration of digital communication, implementation and management of Social Media Channels for Merz GTO Sites, mainly in support of their local recruitment efforts
- Cooperation with Merz Group and Businesses Comms

**Your profile**:

- Trained in either (marketing) communications with interest in HR / personnel development or trained in HR (with focus on HR marketing) and experience in communications initiatives
- Job experience as communications manager or similar position (min 3-4 years)
- Looking for a challenge and opportunity to freely develop and build something, include own ideas and strategy
- Experience with building and implementing communications plans
- Experience with working independently and developing ideas, targets, strategies without much external input
- Eager to build GTO communications initiatives
- Capable of cooperating / aligning with other comms and HR people; managing input, tasks and deadlines
- English and German fluent
- Tech savvy and interested in Social Media, new communication tools, etc.
- Creative, hands on, organized, structured, self-reliant, interculturally competent
