Security Integration Specialist

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a skilled Security Integration Specialist to join our cybersecurity team. The Security Integration Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing security solutions that integrate with existing IT systems to enhance the organization's security posture. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Design, deploy, and manage security solutions, ensuring seamless integration with
existing IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to understand system requirements and
develop tailored security integration strategies.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize security tools such as SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS,
firewalls, and identity management systems.
- Automate security processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual
intervention.
- Conduct security assessments to identify integration gaps and recommend
improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to security technologies and integrations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides,
configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide technical support during security incidents, ensuring rapid response and
system recovery.
- Stay updated with emerging security technologies, industry trends, and best
practices.
- Train and mentor team members on security integration processes and tools.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or systems integration roles.
- Strong knowledge of security technologies, including SIEM, EDR, firewalls, VPNs,
and identity access management systems.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for security tool
integrations.
- Understanding of network protocols, system architecture, and cloud environments
(AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, or equivalent.
- Experience with API integrations and security orchestration tools.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline security.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST,
GDPR).

Pay: 65.090,15€ - 90.030,27€ per year
