Our role is to provide our pools and premium advisers with help, expertise and guidance on a range of queries using the interactions to build strong relationships to develop trust in our business. About your role

You make the difference for our partners to do business with us.

As Associate Partner & Advisor Relations, you are one of the contacts for the ongoing support of our pools and premiumpartner and developing a good business relationship. You are one of the main contact person for assigned partners and you are responsible for supporting our Premiumpartner and Pools in all requests of daily business and making it as easy as possible to do business with us. This includes trainings and meetings by telephone, video as well as in person. You are accountable for always keeping the interests of our partner in mind, representing them within the company and designing processes in a user-friendly and effective manner. Your role also includes support at trade fairs, such as the Fondskongress, and specialist support for projects.

About you

• You have completed commercial training or studies with relevant professional experience in the banking environment or financial services sector and have first of experience in sales or client service with sales orientation/affinity.
• You enjoy dealing with people and working in a team and are used to communicating accordingly.
• Personal responsibility is a matter of course for you and you have a strong service orientation and the ability to build relationships.
• You are highly flexible and enjoy new challenges and experiences.
• Motivated to develop and grow.
• Good English language skills.
• Native or close native level of German
