We work cross-functionally and help to deliver new customer centric experiences which will serve thousands of customers and form a crucial part of FFBs growth strategy. In addition, you will act as a relationship manager between business and technical areas and be part of an agile development team. - About your role- Analyzing new and complex requirements from a user & business perspective and developing optimal user experience and appealing interfaces based on this in a cross-functional team working in an agile environment- Development of the look & feel of FFB for selected web and mobile channels (Personal Investors and other private clients) in close and constant cooperation with specialist departments, product owners, business and IT, including: - Research and prioritization of user needs based on (self-organized) research and analytics results- Creation of information architecture, wireframes, storyboards and designs as well as specifications- Supporting the developers in the iterative implementation of the designs- Quality assurance and documentation in collaboration tools such as Atlassian Jira and/or Confluence- Work according to the principles of "user-centered design", validating assumptions and testing prototypes to ensure a holistic user experience- Continuous improvement of processes and interfaces in the interests of users- Hybrid working atmosphere (min 3 days per week in Kronberg, Germany office) About you- - Customer centric mindset, with ability to manage customer expectations, customer-focused & service oriented- - Demonstrable experience in creating UX/UI artefacts - mood boards, information architecture, low-res and hi-res prototypes, key visuals, pixel perfect visual design- Expert skills in design tools software, e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud etc.- Experience in Atlassian Jira and/or Confluence (preferable)- Flexible and positive attitude - with“can-do”approach, a self-starter that“can think on your feet”- Excellent team player with a disciplined and conscientious approach- Excellent communication skills in German and English- Passion for banking or other financial service area Feel rewarded
