Zeit AI has product-market pull**:+1 Mio € revenue**, strong retention, and customers who see measurable value within weeks. We sell into the German Mittelstand where our product solves critical, expensive problems. Cold calling is already working. Now we want the person who can **turn “what works” into a repeatable sales machine**, while still being highly execution driven every day.

**What this role is**:
You are the first experienced sales operator on the team. A player-coach who:

- executes outbound daily
- builds the outbound system (lists, segmentation, scripts, sequences, reporting)
- sets HubSpot standards
- ramps and mentors junior outbound hires over time

This is a hands-on role with founder-level proximity and real influence over how sales is done at Zeit AI.

**What you will do**:

- **Own outbound end-to-end**: cold call, qualify, run discovery, progress deals, close
- **Build the lead engine**: segmentation, targeting logic, list generation workflows, enrichment, prioritization
- **Create playbooks**: scripts, objection handling, qualification standards, follow-up systems
- **Instrument the funnel in HubSpot**: stages, definitions, hygiene, dashboards, feedback loops
- **Coach and ramp new hires**: call reviews, weekly coaching, clear activity and quality metrics
- **Work closely with product and engineering**: turn customer learnings into product leverage, tighten ICP

**What we’re looking for**:

- 6 month - 1 year in **B2B outbound** with proof you can generate pipeline and **close**
- You enjoy selling things people actually want
- You can thrive in chaos, but you create structure where it matters
- Strong German (C1/C2) and good English
- You are in Munich or willing to relocate (in-person is required)
