Sicherstellung hoher Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Produktivitätsstandards in der Entwicklung und im Betrieb. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung, CTO und weiteren Stakeholdern zur Umsetzung der Unternehmensziele. Aufbau und Pflege von Technologiepartnerschaften, Kooperationen sowie Monitoring von Markt- und Technologietrends. Verantwortung für Projekt- und Budgetplanung im Tech-Bereich sowie Ressourcenzuweisung. Schlüsselqualifikationen: Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer technologisch anspruchsvollen Umgebung – idealerweise im Bereich XR, VR/AR, Gaming, Simulation oder Unterhaltungselektronik. Tiefgehendes technisches Verständnis für Software- und Hardwarearchitekturen sowie Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Lösungen. Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Skalierung von Entwicklungs-, Betriebs- und Qualitätssystemen. Ausgeprägte strategische Denkweise, verbunden mit operativer Umsetzungskompetenz. Führungspersönlichkeit mit hoher Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit, die auch international agieren kann. Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch­kenntnisse.
