The company operates a European R&D and advanced engineering centre supporting international markets across high-technology, industrial, and connected systems sectors.This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced Head of Project Management to drive transformation, modernise delivery practices, and build a high-performing team. You will lead a group of talented Project Managers delivering complex, high-value engineering programmes through the full product lifecycle – from concept and development to industrialisation and market release.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of Project Managers (10 FTEs) to deliver complex technology projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Introduce and embed consistent methodologies, tools, and governance frameworks across the full project portfolio.Drive cultural and behavioural change within the team, building accountability, transparency, and performance discipline.Oversee portfolio performance, reporting KPIs and progress to senior leadership using Power BI and other internal tools.Implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce firefighting, and support long-term strategic delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams across Europe and beyond.Act as a change agent, fostering collaboration, trust, and proactive problem-solving.About You:Role: Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary project or programme management teams within complex engineering, manufacturing, or technology-driven environments.Sectors: Ideal sector backgrounds include automotive electronics, radar, RF, semiconductors, telecoms, PCB manufacturing, industrial electronics, consumer electronics, test & measurement, satellite communications, high-performance materials or a related field.Management: Strong leadership and coaching skills, capable of motivating and developing teams.Education: Degree in engineering, technology, or a related field preferred.Languages: Fluent English required; German language skills an advantage.Demonstrated success in delivering multi-disciplinary projects.Excellent organisational and stakeholder management capabilities.Calm and structured under pressure – able to balance strategic oversight with operational detail.Why Apply?This is a rare opportunity to lead a Project Management transformation within a world-class technical organisation.
