**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Working Student (M/F/d) - CFD Simulation at Thermal Performance Development Department** at our location in Eching near Munich.

Working with us you will get insight into the HVAC Development process, structures, and processes of one of the biggest automotive suppliers worldwide.

**Supporting the CFD HVAC Simulation Team in project work (daily based)**:

- Geometry preparation / meshing in HVAC projects (ANSA knowledge)
- Setup standard HVAC simulation with automated process (Macro Based)
- Preparation and modification of evaluation sheets (CFD & Testing)

**Supporting the CFD HVAC Simulation Team in methodic work**:

- Setup simple CFD simulations for methodic investigations (STAR-CCM+ knowledge)
- Analyze and summarize internal and external benchmark data (IT knowledge)
- Support the setup of a web based CFD result database (IT knowledge)
- Support setup of CFD cloud computing workflow (IT knowledge)
- Support the test engineers for validation measurements (hardware experience)

**Qualifications**:

- University studies as engineer (automotive engineering / mechanical engineering / computer science)
- First professional experience in the field of heating / air conditioning units are welcome, but we also like to give committed newcomers a chance;
- Deep insights on thermodynamics and fluid mechanics are necessary for the CFD simulation
- Experience in CFD calculation with the software solution STAR CCM+, ANSA are welcome
- Basic CAD skills (CATIA V5) are also desirable
- Good analytical judgment and structured approach to technically complex topics
- Team players, with the ability to work in a multicultural team
- Fluent German and English spoken and written (business language is English)
